LDV Maxus SWB Van Price List

The recently introduced LDV Maxus range of light commercial vehicles is the product of a major five year, £500 million development programme.
Available in 2 wheelbases, 3 roof heights which offer 7.0 m3 and 11.4 m3 of load space, 2.8t, 3.2t and 3.5t GVW & with a payload between 943kg to 1616kg. There are two engine sizes both 2,499cc VM Common Rail Turbodiesels, one at 95 bhp and the other at 120 bhp. Peak power is delivered at 3,800rpm in both cases but it is the torque which is of most interest to the buyer. 184lb/ft is a decent amount of pulling power for a 95 bhp engine and with 221lb/ft for the 120 bhp more impressive still. The low engine speeds in both cases give the Maxus enough power to start at ease with a heavy load and when a steep hill is encountered the need to change gears frantically is reduced.
Access to the load bay is excellent with a wide opening nearside sliding side door which comes as standard.
Service intervals are at 20,000 miles with a choice of 2 warranties, 3 years/100,000 miles or 4 years/60,000 miles.
