Luton van or box van bodies fitted to chassis cabs are ideal for large load deliveries and can be supplied with or without tail lifts. Ideal for those multi drop business. Our standard fit bodies are made from 14mm GRP with roller shutter rear doors (barn doors can be fitted if required). Luton pods can be utilised for carrying those extra bits and pieces as well giving better wind resistance.

Galvanized steel base frame with cross members at 406mm nominal pitch.
Floor
3.5 tonne GVW - 15mm phenolic coated plywood.
6.5 tonne GVW - 18mm phenolic coated plywood.
Front and side walls
White 14mm thick GRP with 63mm radius aluminum cant rail and front corner extrusions.
Roof
Translucent GRP sheet bonded to galvanized roof bows.
Rear frame
Galvanized steel frame with grab handle and stirrup step.
Rear door
Aluminium narrow slat roller shutter with ‘T Handle’ closure to accommodate fitting of tail lift if required at both 3.5 & 6.5 tonne.
Lighting
Body interior light with a switch in the cab.
