The 903kg gross payload Tipper has been created in conjunction with Southampton-based conversion specialists VFS and the starting point is a Single Cab L200. The original load bed is removed and replaced by a powder-coated steel floor and aluminium dropside flatbed with a single ram electro-hydraulic tipper mechanism. There is no intrusion to the 2,405mm long and 1,650mm wide load floor from the wheelarches and the tipper is controlled by a wander lead which, along with a power box, resides behind the driver's seat when not in use.
