Part of an alliance with Renault and Vauxhall to develop and build common vans. Nissan have a poor sales history of vans (in 2006 Renault sold nearly 10 times as many Kangoos as Nissan sold the identical Kubistar). This is attributable to the lack of emphasis by their dealer network and does not reflect on the products. Primastar, Interstar and Kubistar are excellent.

The Navarra has the pedigree associated with all of the 4x4 type Nissans and is only rivalled by the Mitsubishi L200 and Ford Ranger.
