Security on modern new vans is much better than in the past. Most models include immobilisers and good quality door locks as standard, solid rear doors and full height bulkheads as options as well as concealed storage areas and central locking. However you can never be too secure so you may want to make the potential thief’s job even harder.
Windows in rear doors can be protected with clear or tinted laminate or punched steel grilles. Plastic roof extensions can be lined with wire mesh and full height bulkheads can create a safe cell.
