The Ford Transit Tipper has a dual rear wheel, rear-wheel drive configuration which gives loading capability and excellent traction on and off site. The One-Stop Tippers are not only extremely versatile, but also robust and durable. Items are specially designed to be easily maintained and replaced, to help reduce your downtime and maintenance costs.

The transit tipper has a dual battery electrical system; heavy duty 150A alternator; top and bottom hinged tailboard; chrome-plated 5-stage underfloor ram; tough roll form to rear floor edge; powder coated, hot dipped galvanised steel construction; dashtop microprocessor tipper controls; power pack isolation switch; body colour dual skin aluminium side and tailboards; pull up load lashing points in load bed; sheeting hooks to underside of load bed, front headboard and rear; and 3-year 100,000-mile warranty.

The Ford Transit 1-way Tipper has a 50° tip angle and a 2 kW electro-hydraulic power pack. The Ford Transit 3-Way Tipper has a 45° tip angle – rear, nearside, offside, built-in underfloor shock absorber, an additional plug-in wander lead pendant control handset and sideboard 90° retaining chains.

The double cab models have a triple crew seat and glazed rear doors as standard. An alternative 'utility cab' option can be specified, deleting the rear crew seat and replacing the glazed rear crew door with windowless doors.
